Job description – The work consists of two stages:
Stage 1 – breakdown of the “table” (Vibrostable)
When breaking down the “table”, concrete products must be removed from the molds and folded for flight. Work in pairs. For one person when cutting a table, there are 600 forms (one form has a weight of 4-15 kg). The “table” is broken with a hammer (because not all products are easily removed from the mold). The breakdown of the “table” takes about 3 hours. When broken down per person, approximately 7-7.5 tons of concrete are produced.
Stage 2 – Filling the “table”:
Before pouring, each mold is greased with oil (this is done so that when breaking it is easier to remove products from the molds)
On the “table” the car drives in and pours concrete from the barrel on the surface. The “table” contains 4 barrels of 2 tons of concrete (a total of 8 tons).
Concrete should be evenly placed on the forms that are compressed under the pres. Each form has an opening through which concrete enters. Concrete is leveled with special “scrapers” in the form of a spatula at the end and a long handle (broom principle).
After pouring, the workplace is cleaned, scraped off excess concrete and taken away.
