Are you preparing to go to Poland? You can buy most of the items you need on the spot. Many Polish supermarkets offer relatively low prices and a wide range of products. However, you can take with you items that you like or that you need. What should I put in my suitcase, apart from well hidden means of payment, of course?
Documents are a basis that cannot be forgotten. If you are going to Poland, you need not only a passport. Work permits and insurance in the EU may be necessary.
It's obvious that you should take your clothes with you, but you don't have to overdo it. If you run out of something, you can easily buy it in Poland. What clothes can you take with you? It all depends on how long you go, for what purpose and when. The climate in Poland is similar to Ukrainian.
Be sure to bring your phone, preferably a smartphone with Internet access, on which you can install a few useful applications. Not only will you connect to your friends, your mentor and your employer on the phone, but you will also use it for fun and work. You can also install the Jakdojade application, which will make it easier for you to move around larger cities.
Another important part of any suitcase is a well-equipped first-aid kit. Some medicines you can get in Poland without a prescription, while others not, so if you are ill or allergic to something, remember about the medicines and pack them in the first place. It is always a good idea to have painkillers with you.

Things you shouldn't carry with you are:
- acids and other corrosive substances,
- agricultural chemicals,
- corrosive materials,
- petards and fireworks,
- flammable liquids,
- petrol lighters,
- articles containing compressed gases,
- radioactive materials,
- weapons, ammunition and military equipment,
- pets or live or dead animals,
- marijuana, cocaine and other drugs and psychotropic substances,
- original works of art.
